Exhibit Hall Hours
Friday November 13th 9:00am – 3:30pm
Saturday November 14th 9:00am – 3:30pm
Sunday November 15th 9:00am – 1:00pm
Setup
The Exhibit Hall will be open for set up 8am to 4pm on Thursday Nov 12, and at 7:30am on Friday Nov 13. The Exhibit Hall is NOT secured, though you may store items/equipment in the nearby main lecture hall overnight. Limited wi-fi is available on property.
Refreshments
Snacks and lunch will be available adjacent to the Exhibit Hall. Official exhibit breaks are daily from 10-10:30am, 11:30am-1:00pm (lunch), and 3-3:30pm. Additionally there will be 10 min breaks between each 50-minute lecture session (lectures run from 8:00am to 5:30pm daily).
Raffle
Daily raffle will be held at 3:15pm for attendees who fill their stamp card by visiting exhibitor booths. Exhibitors are welcome to donate items to the raffle prizes.

EXHIBITOR $1,600 – Includes 1 table, 2 chairs, lunch tickets and Sat social event tickets for up to 2 representatives ($1,850 after 9/15/2026)
RAINBOW SPONSOR $2,200 – Includes Exhibitor benefits, verbal and written acknowledgement, 1 minute video shown during breaks in main lecture hall, and 2 x 2.5” ad in printed program
OHANA SPONSOR $3,000 – Includes 2 tables, 2 chairs, lunch tickets and Sat social event tickets for up to 2 representatives, verbal/written acknowledgement, 2 minute video shown during breaks in main lecture hall, 2 x 2.5” ad in printed program
ALOHA SPONSOR $5,000 – Includes 2 tables, 4 chairs, lunch tickets and Sat social event tickets for up to 4 representatives, verbal/written acknowledgement, 3 minute video shown during breaks in main lecture hall, 4 x 5” ad in printed program
