Exhibit Hall Hours
Friday November 10th 7:30am – 3:30pm
Saturday November 11th 7:30am – 6:00pm
Sunday November 12th 7:30am – 3:30pm
Setup
The Exhibit Hall will be open for set up between 8:00am to 5:00pm on Thursday November 9th and from 6:00am on Friday November 10th. Registration fees cover hotel porterage, electrical access, and wi-fi access. Two chairs are available with each table.
Refreshments
Pending COVID-19 regulations, snacks and drinks may be available in the Exhibit Hall during the morning and afternoon to encourage attendees to visit the hall. Official exhibit breaks are daily from 10- 10:30am, 11:30am-1:00pm, and 3-3:30pm. Additionally there will be 10 min breaks between each 50 minute lecture session (lectures run from 8:00am to 5:30pm daily).
Saturday Social
Registration includes attendance (2 per table; 6 max) to our social event on Saturday, November 11th at 6pm. This event represents another opportune time to meet DVMs and their staff.
Lunch
Registration does NOT include daily lunch. You may purchase lunch tickets separately. Please note lunch breaks are usually a period of high activity in the exhibition hall. Exhibitors may wish to have lunch at an alternate time and be available to registrants during the lunch period (11:30am – 1:00pm).
