2016 Exhibitor Registration

Exhibit Hall will be Open November 10-13, 2016

Instructions: When you click “Add to Cart,” a Paypal cart will open in a separate tab. Leave the tab open and return to this page before checking out if you want to add lunches. Please make sure to list ALL personnel who will be needing access to the exhibit hall.

When you check out, we suggest that you use the address at which you wish to receive any future correspondence (e.g. your business address) as the shipping address. Please save or print a copy of your email receipt as proof of your registration and for tax purposes.

If you have any trouble with the registration process, you can contact admin@hawaiivetmed.org and we will do our best to resolve your issue within 24 hours.

Above fees include attendance at cocktail hour on Saturday, November 12th. Exhibitors may prefer to have lunch at an alternate time and be available to registrants during lunch hour. Registration fees do not include any meals. If exhibitors request lunch, please indicate below.
