Exhibitors are provided with up to four tables (6′ x 2.5′). Please choose a single, double, triple, or quad, depending on how many tables you need.
Exhibit Hall Hours:
Friday November 9 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday November 10 8:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday November 11 8:00am – 4:00pm
Set Up: The Exhibit Hall will open for set up at 6:00am on Friday Nov 9.
Refreshments: Snacks and drinks will be available in the Exhibit Hall during the morning and afternoon to encourage attendees to visit your tables. Attendee sessions run from 8:30am – 11:30am and 1pm – 6pm with 10 min breaks between each session.
Cocktail Party: Registration includes attendance to the cocktail party on Saturday, November 10 at 6pm. This event represents another opportune time to meet DVMs and their staff.
Lunch: Registration does NOT include daily lunch. You may purchase lunch tickets separately.
