Exhibit Hall Hours
Friday November 13th 7:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday November 14th 7:30am – 6:00pm
Sunday November 15th 7:30am – 3:30pm
Set Up
The Exhibit Hall will be open for set up between 8:00am to 5:00pm on Thursday November 12th and from 6:00am on Friday November 13th.
Refreshments
Snacks and drinks will be available in the Exhibit Hall during the morning and afternoon to encourage attendees to visit your tables. Official exhibit breaks are daily from 10-10:30am, 11:30am-1:00pm, and 3-3:30pm. Additionally there will be 10 min breaks between each 50 minute lecture session (lectures run from 8:00am to 5:30pm daily).
Saturday Social
Registration includes attendance (2 per table; 6 max) to the dinner and social event on Saturday, November 14th at 6:00pm. This event represents another opportune time to meet vets and their staff.
Lunch
Registration does NOT include daily lunch. You may purchase lunch tickets separately. Please note lunch breaks are usually a period of high activity in the exhibition hall. Exhibitors may wish to have lunch at an alternate time and be available to registrants during the lunch period (11:30am – 1:00pm).
