When you check out, we suggest that you use the address at which you wish to receive any future correspondence (e.g. your clinic address) as the shipping address. Please save or print a copy of your email receipt as proof of your registration and for tax purposes.
If you have any trouble with the registration process, you can contact admin@hawaiivetmed.org and we will do our best to resolve your issue within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to October 27th, 2016 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After October 27th, the cancellation fee will be 50%.
